      Interacting with people on a daily basis and seeing their progression through therapy is an enjoyable experience.

      Even though Rehab Techs are important in providing aide to the whole clinic (Therapists and OC) the pay is not good. Ideally with how much money is brought in to the clinics, Techs should make at least $10 an hour.

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
