      my coworkers and patients were the only thing that made me enjoy the job

      given way too much to do and we're underpaid. the company expects PTs to double book patients and come in early and stay late for patients, and skip their lunches. So this in turn makes the PTs give the aides way too many patients at once.

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
