      -It was nice talking to patients and interacting with them. -Some of the PT's are willing to teach and help you, while many others are not.

      -Terrible management and a lack of communication -Relying too heavily on rehab aides without proper training really -Terrible work culture with a hostile and unwelcoming environment

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
