Stressful when it gets busy, pay is very low for the amount of work and responsibilities assigned to aides, a lot of information to learn for a minimum wage job, limited training

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Svantaggi

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
