Co-workers were awesome and promote a good team atmosphere, great in-house continuing ed opps, patient insurance wasn't really an issue

use of techs with no knowledge of PT, excessive overlapping of patients, late paycheck, sketchy billing of units

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Svantaggi

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
