      Direct management genuinely cares about employees. Direct, measurable metrics for bonuses/raises and feedback. Fun, fast-paced, atmosphere with patient centric care.

      The company is going through a corporate shift and is aggressively growing. Major changes in the VP and directors to people outside of the physical therapy world, that have more of a business mind. Changes include micro-managing daily tasks and processes put in place that are inefficient and do not take into account the people actually doing the tasks.

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

      4 CEOs in 5 years, yikes. Round after round of mass layoffs, millions of dollars in the red. Horrible company culture, pay and benefits. Current CEO rating speaks for itself. This company is a sinking ship.
