This is a good role for anyone interested in PT or OT as a career path. It allows you to work under OTs/PTs and see what they do first hand.

Svantaggi

The pay is lower than what rehab aids make at other organizations. Also, has limited hours depending on location.

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Svantaggi

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
