      - My RSM is super nice - good training program when I joined the company

      - low hourly pay - no room for growth - corporate keeps making in clinic decisions when they have no idea about what anyone does - poor holidays and time off. Legit get less than 20 days off a year combined - therapist run the company and have no business backgrounds, put those with business schooling in charge. All management is therapist which makes NO sense

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
