      training wasn’t very thorough, a lot of standing around, boring, min wage, lack of communication therapists cared more about making money and insurance than patient well being

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
