      - Hands on work with patients - Good clinic manager - Enjoyable to see patient progress and earn experience - Flexible scheduling

      - Regional managers/Corporate have too much control over rehab aides pay, they do not respect experience, or how hard you work for the company. I have traveled between multiple locations, have years of experience and trained the entire new aide staff but I am compensated the same minimum wage pay as those who just start. - No incentives to stay for seasoned aides - High turnover rate/often understaffed

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
