      The atmosphere at my clinic is fun and inviting. There is a bonus program, so you have the opportunity to receive monthly bonuses. Both of my bosses are approachable with questions and do not make you feel like an inconvenience for asking.

      The pay is not great for the amount of work that needs to be done. It is a leadership position, but there is very little room for financial growth as well as limited opportunities to move up professionally. It's a lot of insurance which can be boring and annoying.

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
