      Kind and fun clients to work with.

      -The training for employees is a total joke, its a "learn as you go"/ "Learn by just doing right away". -They lie when they say that you get to learn & improve at your own pace. -Toxic work environment with a lot of favoritism. -Will give feedback in a very vague way & delayed timing. -Not understanding of people with learning disabilities.

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
