      Low pay, terrible bonus structure, constantly add extra tasks, can’t keep employees due to low pay and TOXIC work environment. The pay is so low that we only get people with little to no experience. They get there and realize they can make more really anywhere for much less work and headaches.

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
