      Very easy job. Anybody could do the tasks. Good stepping stone job but not for long term.

      Always a revolving door with aides. Minimum wage pay. Sometimes short staffed so you would have multiple patients under your supervision with some of them being fall risk, and expected to answer phones on top of that also. The aides are the ones running the show, yet we get nothing to show for it.

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
