      Knowledge that you get from in person experience

      as a tech/rehab aid you might have to juggle 5-6 tasks at a time and expected to accomplish them at a given time. Can be overwhelming and staff can be unkind and disrespectful.

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
