Can't think of one positive thing

Company changes rules every 6 months. Constantly having to relearn computer system, and generally the way things are done. When hired I was told I'd have at most 12 patients per day. I had 20 a day.

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Svantaggi

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
