I love my individual clinic. We have a great team and wonderful patients.

It’s still a corporate company. That prioritizes corporate things. Including pay and benefits to those closer to the “bottom” of the chain.

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Svantaggi

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
