      My co-workers and Hybrid Schedule

      Pay is higher at other companies. With all of the changes with the organizational structure and benefits being taken away, it is getting harder to stay working here. The new C-Level only care about themselves and there are questionable things going on. Many employees are leaving and others are planning to leave.

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

      4 CEOs in 5 years, yikes. Round after round of mass layoffs, millions of dollars in the red. Horrible company culture, pay and benefits. Current CEO rating speaks for itself. This company is a sinking ship.
