I had an incredible experience working here for the Summer. The team was very supportive, and their collaborative environment encouraged my growth and innovation. Management was very kind and approachable and genuinely invested in me. Clearly, they had faith in me as they provided opportunities for me to learn and take on new challenges. The company culture was inviting, and everyone was easy to talk to. I’m grateful for the skills and relationships I built here.

Company rewards staff monthly with pizza If targets are met they sometimes offer more benefits. Good starting role to gain office experience. Work is stimulating and can be enjoyable.

It’s a poorly paid position compared to similar roles in the market. Continuously understaffed due to inability to keep new staff as a result of unworkable environments. Can be high pressure when running behind on deadlines and low reward. Poor communication between management, fractured dynamics between management, office staff and floor staff. Little to no training, job role is quite unique there are certain aspects you won’t just adapt to you need to be taught. However, office staff are unwelcoming and unwilling to help, then get frustrated when mistakes are made.
