The atmosphere started off so nice and so inclusive. You quickly get over worked, they add more to your workload and dont compensate you for it while also complaining you arent moving fast enough, they say they'll support you and then generally dont. It feels like all of the company is pretty artifical and a giant cliche. The scheduling is never consistent one week i'll work 45 hours and the next week i'll work 21 hours.
