--Be wary of volunteering here: you may not count on getting a job from the experience gained here, for they might put you in the Archives to work like I was, and have you away from the patrons, and thus, never gain customer service experience that is needed for almost every library job in existence that doesn't require a degree --Volunteering offers no pay (of course!) --Have comfortable shoes to walk around with downtown, or you'll be sorry... --Supplies run out often for projects/work --Work may get tedious and dull
