      Very relaxed work enviornment, but the work gets done. Leadership is understanding and always backs up employees. They are fair with time off and comp-time based on the nature of work and odd hours. They always treat their employees with respect.

      Compensation was lacking a little bit and I wish there was more input allowed from field service engineers to design team.
