It is particularly interesting because many of the individuals working here come from very different backgrounds and have the ability to see problems from a different perspective due to their training.

Micromanaging Weekly reminders that your job could be on the line if result’s weren’t favorable. Office space / environment not conducive to being able to be productive. Leadership that doesn’t believe in Team Building or supporting his direct reports. Leadership who doesn’t believe in or trust your ability to produce at a high level without getting in the way! High turnover of good employees due to organizational disfunction.
