Even though they do not show you, they have a leadership progress for you if you can handle with this. There are so many abroad chances for people.

Like the other international companies, some things are going slowly because of approvement or burocracy process. Some managers are too snob because they work for Atlas Copco for a long time.

Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
