High Earning Potential, Many Growth Opportunities, Co-Workers are great. Not bogged down with reports like some large companies.

Forecast Happy Management. Work environment very dependent on which group of Atlas Copco you are in and who your manager is. Generally to be successful in this role you will need to be willing to put 10-12 hours per day in. Cost of living adjustments are almost non-existent in high cost of living areas.

Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
