-stressful job -significant travel especially in larger territories -car stipend isn’t great -unnecessary mistakes are made constantly by internal groups causing extra headaches for you and your customers. -Career opportunities to move up aren’t plentiful. Not much career development discussions with managers. You must advocate for yourself and look for opportunities to pop up.

Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
