Working under a CEO who prioritizes employee happiness and goes above and beyond to ensure it is refreshing. Both employees and leadership are dedicated to meeting customer needs, working diligently to deliver exceptional service.What I also love about working at Atlas is the profound impact our work has as a national sign manufacturer. We play a pivotal role in shaping the identity and consistency of well-known national and global companies through their signage and branding elements. Knowing that our efforts contribute to making their brands more recognizable and cohesive adds a sense of fulfillment to the job.

While there are no significant cons to working at Atlas, I have encountered occasional challenges inherent to any workplace. However, these challenges have been minor and manageable and have not detracted from the overall positive experience of working here.
