Atlassian is a company I highly recommend, starting from a recruitment process that was remarkably clear, transparent, and punctual. The only minor drawback is that the sheer volume of information available can feel overwhelming at first. In Atlassian almost everything is documented and accessible. While this transparency is a pro in the long run, it requires a bit of discipline and time to learn how to navigate the internal systems without feeling saturated during the first few weeks.
