Jr Designers do work beyond their pay grade and do not get raises or promotions. - Top Management is not diverse enough, the company is not diverse enough - Very unorganized when it comes to delegating work to designers and giving assets to use in projects - Laid off US designers to hire designers in places with low US dollar currency - Management needs DEI training - There is no set goals for moving up this company, people only move up because of favoritism - Giving false promises on promotions - Not allowing negotiation for pay, so instead they pay you under what you should make for your place of residence - Actually using the skills of the designer instead of just placing them wherever
