      Great core technology. Exceptionally talented and smart employees. Respectful working climate. Very good benefits and "unlimited" PTO.

      Drug Discovery is hard and cannot be exclusively solved through algorithms. Many, especially senior leaders, in the company won't accept this.

      - unbelievably relaxed company (but in a somewhat concerning way)

      - c-level leadership is sketchy about equity + bonuses + telling the truth and has displayed lack of ability to run the business well - company is on unstable ground, not sure where it is going at all - lack of good career development - smart people are not being put to good enough use
