No good increments - yearly increments are for name sake. Also, no incentives or over-time 4. Good promotions only for those who have good rapport with manager. Even you have worked more than others but there is some other guy who has good rapport with manager, he will get promotion. Untalented people usually work this way here 5. HR department needs to be changed - its worse currently
