I have been at Atos UK a number of years now and have seen a significant amount of change. This change has been hard, and there is some fairness in past criticisms. But this is unrecognisable as the same company right now. It is so refreshing to have the regular town halls, to hear from the Lead Team and also feel like I really do contribute to the success of the business. There is a continuous strive to improve and get better, which is understandable in any business, and as a result there has had to be significant change. things haven’t always been perfect, but the company has done a fantastic job in recent times of facing into staff issues and ensuring that people that are not right for the business are dealt with. We have such fantastic people now, good camaraderie, and a it now feels like we are all pulling in the same direction.
