Once you resign and join a new company, and if that company is interested in processing GC for you, they will ask you to get an experience letter with roles and responsibilities and Tools and Technologies mentioned in the letter from your former employer as required by USCIS. Unfortunately, this letter cannot be issued. Syntel is under no obligation to issue such letter and considering our internal corporate protocol, such letters will not be issued.
