The people are really nice, there is no sense of micro-management. All levels of staff interact with one another. Flexible hours and great location Management very supportive and good opportunities internally. At start of COVID all temp members of staff were advised they would receive sick pay during these difficult and scary times, this was really considerate and put many's mind at ease. Its things like that which make me feel relieved to work at Atradius as many companies only care about profit and not the well being of their staff.
