There are numerous opportunities to learn as long as you ask the right people and can do things on your own, doesn't matter which department. Company is fast-growing and there is a lot of work. There is a lot of promotion from within.

Most of the "professional" staff (engineers) might have degrees but don't seem to have much knowledge and are not self-motivated. They want to be treated like they are better than that but are just doing drafting work or copy/paste programming. They have an inflated sense of what they can do and reality. There is a lot of frustration between project managers and engineers because of the lack of ability.

- In the last year they have ramped up employee appreciation events - the employees that you work with are wonderful and so kind - super laid back dress code - H1 visa support/payment for majority of employees

- not much room for upward movement - a large handful of project managers treat and talk to their employees as if they are second class - MUCH lower pay than industry standard - office/supplies/decor is bare minimum and cheap - OFFICE IS FILTHY. stains all over floors/office has NEVER been dusted/there have been a handful of sunflower seeds next to my desk for upwards of 6 MONTHS and the cleaning crew has yet to vacuum them - RACISM in the panel shop at the hand of 2 of the managers has never been addressed and is absolutely unacceptable. Regularly hear them refer the engineers as "towel heads" and mock the Spanish speaking employees by stating that "they wont be able to understand me anyway". Truly disgusting and inaction on behalf of HR and the owner of company is absolutely horrifying
