      Some good people in lower and mid-levels.

      Top Management just wants to be told how wonderful they are, if you can do that while ignoring the issues, you will be fine. They give the illusion they are looking out for the clients, but really it is all about juggling numbers. They are big on sticking employees in a box and if you do a good job, you will never get out of that position.

      We have a few of these one-star reviews form 2013 and boy have things changed. Our company has listened to your advice and we have implemented Atwell Impact a program that allows employees to teach us how to do things better. We even pay you for your good ideas. We have grown by over 200 employees since 2013 and look to really make an impact on the future Atwell every day. Thanks for your comment and good luck in your career.
