That explains why the Glassdoor review is always good. * Too much said not done. * High turnover for a small team - talented employees did not stay more than a year. * No matching risk mitigation plan for competition from both mature space companies (for real time communications in space) and also emerging space startups in the California. No need to bloat we are doing only deep space communications. This company is primarily a service company, and does not produce Intellectual Properties or new space technologies. It runs on debt financing. If other space companies (competitors such as SpaceX) provide deep space communication sooner, this is a real challenge.
