Good holidays, flexible working and ok pay. Most of the staff share the same goals, are friendly and hard working. Emphasis on most though!

Svantaggi

Bad management rarely addressed, some staff behaviours ignored "because of who they work for" and a leadership group I found insincere to the point of nausea.
