      Every month Management buys employees food. Management encourages employees growth. Loan Licensing cost can be reimbursed. Free/low cost marketing for those who seek it. CEO sets the example. Friendly co-workers. The employee benefits were recently upgraded.

      Company is great and has a lot of knowledgeable people. The President Mike Meena cares about his company, the clients, and the people that work here. Management and Operations are there to help you close more deals and they do a great job of that!

      Business is up and down and they do not advertise much. Not sure that would stabilize my business, but it could help.
