Money is the only motto for management, not employee satisfaction. No pay rise and no bonus. CEO believes in couple of people in US. Those people treat you very badly. If you ask questions you will be fired. Lot many people left recently due to the dictatorship. They make you work on more than one project at a time and expect you to deliver both in time. Be ready to work in two shifts for only one salary. This company will lay off people every year. No job security for anyone. Work place is pathetic. Restrooms are bad and do not look like software company restroom. All recent positive reviews are forced or fake.
