Seniors do not look after / give support to juniors properly. Poor pay, below median. Promotions are earliest 18 months from graduate engineer, regardless on how well you perform. Intermediate engineers are the same, but 24 month marks — again regardless of how well you do. There is poor pay transparencies. Only yearly performance reviews. Low development opportunities for people seeking fast-pace career development. There is also little women career development — there is a “gender pay” tick box. This is the same for diversity — very few initiatives from my experience
