Seemed to hire and promote people into leadership positions who were very egocentric, only interested in promoting themselves and did not value employees. Focused on growing through acquisition which leads to restructuring and the elimination of positions. Business units were allowed to operate in silos and as the separate companies which caused a lot of confusion and lack of synergy.
