Great Company, Limited Emphasis on Professional Division - Recensione dipendente - Account Manager presso Aureus Group

This company has people who genuinely care about finding jobs for their candidates and providing the best candidates for their clients. They demonstrate and live the values in their company mission.

They did not have the option to work remotely but that changed during the pandemic.

Their HR lady jumped through some hoops to get me paid when a system glitch prevented it from going through automatically.

I was offered a full-time job with them, but ended up keeping my day job and moonlighting for Aureus after hours (at their request). From the start, it was difficult to get definitive requirements or any other brand of clarity. One Friday, while I was working on one of these requirements, I got a call from another team member who told me that our project lead had told him not to work on the project anymore and to tell me not to as well. We were to be starting a new project the following Monday. I thought it was weird not to get this kind of news from the horse's mouth, so I email my lead. No response. A few days later, another email and another non response. A couple weeks later, another email and nothing but crickets yet again. Does this matter much to me? No, I will just do other side work. What does matter is that I almost quit my job to go full-time with them. Had I done so, I would be now forcefully unemployed and without as much as an explanation or even an explicit declaration.
