In my hardly 1.5+ years of working with this company I have seen many great things taking place. The company invests heavily in research and development, ensuring that employees have access to the latest tools and technologies. Seen quite a times to be frank. Of course without the team support no one can go ahead. The key management is approachable and genuinely cares about employee well-being.(Be it with salary related issues etc). Also in my 15+ IT experience I never saw company compensating the late salary credits due to some issues. This shows company is so caring for the employees and I liked it very much. Also everyone thrives for the career growth and there is no shortage of it. Hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded per month :) :) After covid, flexible working hours and remote work options allow employees to manage their personal and professional lives effectively.

Of course company has to set high standards for performance, which can be demanding but this is beneficial to employees also so Win-Win situation. It requires good time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. (kind of basic requirement in every field nowadays)
