Decent pay for upper management, paid vacation after 1 year, paid medical after 3 months

Preferential treatment by management of personnel they 'like' as opposed to those who are best qualified. Destruction/disappearance of any documentation either embarrassing to the company or store in question, cover-ups of employee misconduct rampant, qualified employee promotion or evaluation procedures neglected in favor of the staff who are friends with the management. Training program seriously lacking or non-existent or not followed at all from General manager position on down. Lack of communication and/or information intentionally withheld by management. Management often working far less than hours reported to company officials, leaving their work to be completed by lower management or regular staff. Many staff/managers haven't had performance evaluations completed for them in over 2 years when they are required twice yearly or annually for managers.

You're paid a wage? The uniforms aren't bad? If you like fast food then it's pretty good on the scale.

Management is full of idiots Oh, the CEO told the managers of each store in the city to post a flyer about voting for Mitt Romney in the last election, in which he explained that if you didn't vote for Mitt Romney he may have to cut your job because of Obama. Idiots & tools, trying to manipulate poor people into voting against their interests. Completely disgusting - Don't work here, and don't give this fool your money.
