Staff friendly Wide open space Highly intelligent staff Very compassionate

Can't think of any other than there were positions available after schooling...

It's a great way to learn how to function in a fast paced environment. I think it can be eye opening for those who are considering the mental health field long term. It also makes you realize how limited services are for those in need.

Not nearly enough support for direct care staff, who are the ones with the patients all of the time. Consistently understaffed. No one really follow procedure, so it's inconsistent and confusing, upsetting both patients and staff.
