I was incredibly lucky to have Scott as my director during my time at Austin Rose. He was an outstanding mentor who made my first steps into recruitment such a positive experience. Scott was always supportive, open‑minded to new ideas, and genuinely cared about the people in his team. I consistently felt valued, encouraged, and inspired in my role. Even after leaving Austin Rose to experience city life and move in‑house within a practice firm, he has continued to support me — something I’m genuinely grateful for.

An amazing place to work with great incentives, where you are given responsibility and are provided with training from the offset. The office has a great family feel and everybody works as a team, which can often be a rarity in recruitment. Scott was a pleasure to work for and I couldn’t recommend the company more.
