Peak months for clients are untenably busy and require luck to deliver itineraries for demanding clients. Management has clear favorites and is conflicted from fairly paying and promoting employees. Underwhelming deliverables given to clients are rationalized by Management as cultural misunderstandings instead of taking ownership for errors.
