Kind people, great team (most of them left the company in 2021) Home office opportunity since Covid

Most of the time the projects were terrible. Usually, I had to work on things that make no sense at all. It was a common situation when they simply just shut down projects that we were working on for months, from one day to another. I felt like my work is always superfluous and in the end, I wasn't sure that this is the job I want to do or I just burned out because of the meaningless projects. On the other hand, at AutSoft the management doesn't care about the quality of the products or projects, they just want to earn more and more money in a short time and don't see further than that. They don't care that the apps released by Autsoft are most of the time buggy, useless, and unusable for the users. They don't understand that too frequent project changes inhibit individual productivity. Also, they are only trying to make a raise in your salary to become competitive when you're about to leave and when it's too late. The management is also always lying about the fluctuation numbers, inversely they say the opposite: people and transparency are the most valuable.

Great colleagues. (Some of the PM's are fantastic) Flexible hours. Good choice for career start if you are willing to learn on your own.

Some reviews stated in 2020 that management is improving. On the contrary. Current CEO is unqualified for the role, without any sign of responsibility. Main mantra is that AutSoft is a human centered company, but it looks like management (except the division leaders) is actively looks out for every chance to do the opposite. For every senior left they try to compensate with a number of juniors. Big chunk of the core employees left the company in 2021, the fluctuation is ridiculous: 50-70 employees left the AutSoft and the MA-Coding together (no transparency about that either). HR is a joke, current employee is underqualified. AutSoft had like 6-7 HR manager in the last couple of years. Benefits could be better. There are no bonuses at the end of the year (or anytime). There is a company share program but there is no objective metrics. The more you advance professionally, the more your package will be left behind the market.
