Thank you for your response but we did give you three chances, then after making the same clerical mistake repeatedly which led to wrong product shipping and angry buyers requesting immediate reorder shipping and free product to account for the mistake, we were forced to let you go. Yes, we would have preferred to keep you on as a team member, but we depend on our employees to command the responsibility they are hired for because the rest of the team is depending on their individual strength. We are sorry we were forced into this position to discontinue the employment, but that is part of the probationary hire period. We need to confirm you are able to perform the clerical job you were hired to command, with limited software training as the team helps answer your learning questions. It does not hurt to ask many questions, but we are not able to answer questions if you are not asking them.
